The Administrator will ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations in maintaining a high standard of resident care.

Requirements

  • Active CA Nursing Home Administrator license
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing home administration
  • Strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Leading the team in the day-to-day operations of a mid-sized care center.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Maintaining a high standard of resident care.
  • Managing financial performance and budgets.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community.
