Requirements
- Active CA Nursing Home Administrator license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing home administration
- Strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Leading the team in the day-to-day operations of a mid-sized care center.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
- Maintaining a high standard of resident care.
- Managing financial performance and budgets.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community.
