We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead Maplewood Center as we continue our journey toward Five Stars. As Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide operational leadership for Maplewood Center, overseeing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and ventilator services. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an outstanding experience for residents, families, employees, and visitors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in long term care management.
Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin.
Proven ability to lead through change.
Strong financial and operational acumen.
Experience improving quality measures and survey outcomes.
Passion for developing leaders and building culture.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for Maplewood Center, overseeing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and ventilator services.
Ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an outstanding experience for residents, families, employees, and visitors.

Build strong partnerships with physicians, families, and community stakeholders.
Lead a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional resident care.
Coach and develop department leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Work with organizational leadership to develop & execute initiatives to improve quality, operational performance, & financial sustainability.
