About The Position
Launch your nursing career through a structured program designed to support the transition from Graduate to Registered Nurse. Under the direct supervision of an RN preceptor, participants gain hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment and develop their ability to provide safe, effective care for increasingly complex patients. The preceptor/graduate partnership is designed to prepare participants for full RN responsibilities once they obtain licensure. The goal is to prepare graduates to step into a full Registered Nurse role within the health system after obtaining an RN license. A full, unrestricted RN license must be obtained within 60 days of starting the program. This posting is intended for ASN and BSN May 2027 graduates for inpatient units. December 2026 graduates, or graduates from earlier cohorts without RN experience, may also apply.
