About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking part-time instructors for their Allentown Practical Nursing program. They offer comprehensive training and ongoing support for nurses transitioning into education, having successfully done so for many nurses already.
Requirements
- BSN or MSN
- An active RN license in PA
- 3+ years of recent clinical experience
- A passion for teaching
- Proficient with technology
Nice To Haves
- Teaching experience-a plus
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites
- Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
- Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
- Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
- Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing!
