Requirements

• Unencumbered RN license in MA.
• MSN or MS degree in health-related fields.
• Minimum of two years full-time experience in nursing, or its equivalent, within the last five years.
• Evidence of clinical competence in the areas of clinical instruction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional role model in the clinical learning environment.
• Encourage student learning.
• Facilitate the application of theoretical material into clinical practice.
• Demonstrate use of technology in the clinical environment.
• Demonstrate and maintain an inclusive, safe environment for student learning.
