About The Position
The Nursing Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with their care plans and facility policies and procedures, under the direction of supervisors. The role requires becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within three months of hire. The position is located in Owensville, Missouri, and is full-time.
Requirements
- Become a CNA within three months of hire.
- Possess at least a 10th-grade education; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication competencies.
- Have background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
- Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain Nursing Assistant certification.
- Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath, and other care functions as necessary.
- Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record food and fluid intake.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
