About The Position

Assists the registered nurse (RN) by performing patient care activities delegated to unlicensed nursing support staff, along with additional specific functions for which the Nursing Assistant has been prepared. Incorporates the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all aspects of patient care. Is accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program or current nursing student status with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a Nursing Assistant role.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
