About The Position
This position transports patients throughout the hospital under the direction of a registered nurse. It provides supplies and equipment required for patient care and participates in monitoring equipment safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Ability to exercise initiative within scope of practice and benefit from constructive criticism.
- Knowledge of the role and ability to respond to Emergency Codes.
Nice To Haves
- Completed EMT course, or previous successful experience verified by reference check.
