STAFF RN ICU 36HR Day Flex (6:45am-7:15pm) FCCC
About The Position
Assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN applies knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, their family members or significant others, professional peers, and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care. The RN directs nursing support staff in providing patient care according to nursing practice standards and administrative and departmental policies and procedures. Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- PA Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Multi-State Compact RN License or the listed PA Registered Nurse License.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in the area of clinical specialty.
