Nursing Assistant 2D Neuro PRN Days
About The Position
We are seeking a Nursing Assistant who under general supervision and according to established procedures functions as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks. The 2D Neuro unit specializes in providing exceptional, high-quality care to adult patients. Our team delivers personalized, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We work closely as an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, supported by dedicated providers and ancillary staff, to ensure outstanding outcomes for both patients and caregivers. Common neuroscience diagnoses include ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), seizures and epilepsy, degenerative neurological disorders, autoimmune conditions, and other central nervous system disorders. As a certified Primary Stroke Center, we are recognized for delivering state-of-the-art stroke care and excellence in neuroscience nursing.
Requirements
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred, not required
