Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Complete the free Certified Nurse Aide course within four months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help residents move safely by assisting with walking, transfers, and positioning.
- Interact with residents, listen to them, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Support the nursing team by taking vital signs, reporting changes in resident conditions, and keeping detailed records.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and common areas.
- Help with meal service, laundry, and other tasks that support the community.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights.
- Respect residents' privacy and dignity.
