About The Position
Wellington at Arapaho, a Sonida Senior Living community in Richardson, Texas, is hiring a PRN Nursing Aide to support residents in its Independent Living and Assisted Living community. The role involves helping residents with daily care while encouraging self-care and independence, and treating residents with dignity and respect. The community offers flexible scheduling and technology intended to support resident care and make work more effective. Benefit eligibility depends on employment status and location.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in nursing, senior living, home health, or a similar field preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
- Escort residents within and outside the building as needed.
- Assist with setting up and serving meals and cleaning up afterward.
- May assist with planning and executing regularly scheduled resident activities.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
