About The Position

The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the clinical supervision of patient care and represents hospital management on the assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality patient care. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current license to practice professional nursing in NJ
• CPR certification as per Hospital policy
• IV certification as per Hospital policy
• ACLS required (or within 6 months of employment)
• At least five years clinical experience
• At least one year supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

• Baccalaureate degree preferred
• Masters preferred
• Certification in Nursing Administration preferred
