About The Position

Castle Peak, a Cassia senior living community in Eagle, Colorado, is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Requirements

• Current Colorado nursing license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a self-starter and contribute to a team.

• Prior experience in geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians’ orders and monitor their effectiveness and residents’ responses.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify the Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition, and take necessary follow-up action.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
• Perform additional duties as required.
