About The Position

Friendship Village Chesterfield is hiring a Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate, resident-centered care in its Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community in Chesterfield, Missouri. The role includes direct nursing care, medication and treatment administration, resident assessments, clinical documentation, and coordination with the healthcare team. The Nurse also supervises and supports CNAs and other care team members while promoting resident safety, comfort, and well-being.

The available opening is an evening shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Evening shift differentials are $4 per hour on weekdays and $5 per hour on weekends.

Requirements

• Current, active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates the highest level of customer service and responsiveness.
• Ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
