About The Position
Cura Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-focused nursing care at Cura of Long Prairie. The role works three 12-hour shifts and emphasizes compassionate care, patient comfort and safety, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Compensation is $27.75–$32.75 per hour for LPNs and $37.00–$42.00 per hour for RNs, based on experience. Shift differentials are $3 per hour for evening shifts and $4 per hour for NOC shifts.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, caring demeanor.
- Be a team player who works well in a collaborative care environment.
- Be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Experience in healthcare settings is appreciated; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are also valued.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care.
- Support patients with daily activities while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to implement and update patient care plans.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation.
- Help create a welcoming and safe healthcare environment that puts patients first.
