About The Position
Rose Senior Living Beachwood is recruiting a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and delegate and supervise care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. This is a part-time night-shift position, scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The stated wage is $29.00–$32.00, based on shift differentials.
Requirements
- Hold a current nursing license valid in the state where the position is worked.
- Be willing to be available for any or all emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and family and social activities, and promote residents’ independent lifestyles.
- Identify medical and behavioral changes in residents; develop and monitor care plans; and reassess each resident.
- Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services about community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and nursing supply needs.
- Provide nursing care according to physicians’ orders, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Ensure residents receive preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services, and coordinate nursing care with services provided by other disciplines.
- Delegate and supervise care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
