About The Position

West Meade Place is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Unit Manager. The role provides clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit, supports nursing partners, and helps ensure high-quality, coordinated care for patients and residents. The position is full-time in Nashville, Tennessee, with a Monday–Friday schedule and scheduled on-call days. Pay is negotiable, and the posting offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Current Tennessee nursing license as an RN or LPN.
Leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Two years of nursing experience with geriatric patients is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned unit.
Support implementation and monitoring of individualized plans of care.
Review changes in condition and help ensure timely clinical follow-up.
Coach, support, and provide direction to nursing partners on the unit.
Monitor documentation, medication and treatment practices, and compliance with nursing standards.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, interdisciplinary team members, patients, residents, and families.
Support staffing, workflow, quality improvement, infection-prevention, and survey readiness activities.
Promote a culture of compassionate care, teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
