About The Position

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member that is responsible for the overall assurance that appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. This role involves creating staffing schedules to ensure the provision of quality nursing care, coordinating with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to communicate staffing schedules and needs, and ensuring compliance with budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines. The position requires strong organizational, collaborative, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and maintaining excellent care for residents.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana QMA or CNA license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
