About The Position
Fargo Elim, a Cassia Community, is hiring a full-time Nurse (RN or LPN) for its care team in Fargo, North Dakota. The nurse provides compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administers medications, and collaborates with the clinical team to support positive outcomes. The position is benefits eligible and offers a day shift from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Fargo Elim is an 88-bed health care center in a residential neighborhood. It is part of Cassia, a nonprofit, mission-driven senior care organization focused on fostering fullness of life for older adults. Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota.
- IV certified or currently enrolled in an IV certification course.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.

- Prior TCU experience.
Responsibilities
- Display a courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
- Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
- Administer medications and/or treatments according to physician orders and monitor their effectiveness and response.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items according to policies and procedures.
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notify the Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition, and take necessary follow-up action.
- Perform additional duties as required.
