About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care offers a paid residency program for nursing graduates who have scheduled or passed the NCLEX in the United States. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC) and is designed for new graduates entering home care. Nurse Residents provide one-on-one nursing care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with opportunities to explore interests and develop new skills. The program includes six weeks of training, paid training and shadowing, and ongoing clinical support by phone. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting and may receive cases near their homes.

Requirements

• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Current valid nursing license in the United States.
• CPR in good standing.
• Scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients.
• Deliver care to clients across different ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Use Statewise electronic charting.
