About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care offers a paid residency program for nursing graduates who have scheduled or passed the NCLEX in the United States. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation and is focused on home care. Nurse residents provide one-on-one care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The program includes six weeks of training, paid training and shadowing, simulation labs, electronic charting using Statewise, and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Requirements

• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• CPR certification in good standing.
• Scheduled or passed the NCLEX in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients.

• Participate in training, shadowing, and simulation-lab learning.
• Care for people with a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
