About The Position

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide high-quality patient care in its state-of-the-art urgent care centers in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. The role is part of a dynamic, collaborative healthcare environment, supported by modern facilities, imaging and laboratory capabilities, an advanced EMR integrated with Mercy, and clinical support staff.

The position offers a competitive salary and hourly rates, a daily volume bonus based on patient visit metrics met per shift, and a quarterly bonus of up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures. Requirements

• At least 18 months of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfort with minor procedures such as sutures, casts, and splints, and with preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
• For Physician Assistants: a master's degree and NCCPA certification.
• For Nurse Practitioners: a master's degree and appropriate AANC or AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints.
• Provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
