About The Position

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner for a part-time opportunity in focused wound care. The company develops and provides wound care services to skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities. The Nurse Practitioner will contribute to patient care through wound assessment, treatment planning, education, and monitoring.

Requirements

Active license in the state of employment.
At least 1 year of experience in wound care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Comfort with technology and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients.
