About The Position

Clarvida is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric services in a flexible part-time capacity in Pullman. The role serves clients, typically adults discharged from state hospitals or residing in assisted living facilities or adult family homes who have difficult behaviors to manage. The practitioner provides individualized psychiatric medication evaluations, prescriptions, and follow-up visits as needed. The position typically involves around 5–10 hours per week, with a flexible daytime and evening schedule. Work is primarily on weekdays, with occasional options to work evenings and weekends, and on-call responsibility twice a year. The role includes at-home telehealth services and travel to facilities across Washington counties for in-person client meetings, approximately once a month or every other month. Clarvida offers administrative support, new-hire mentorship, and training. Part-time, full-time, and PRN/temporary positions are available.

Requirements

PMHNP preferred; active Washington ARNP license or ability to become licensed in Washington.
Active DEA registration.
Prior experience working with the geriatric population and/or adults.
Intermediate-level technology skills for at-home telehealth services.
Willingness and ability to travel to facilities across various Washington counties for in-person client meetings once a month or every other month.
Satisfactory results of state and federal background checks.
Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.
