About The Position

Community Health Network is seeking an experienced, family medicine certified Advanced Practice Provider to join their Employer Health Onsite primary care role at the University of Indianapolis. This role focuses on the well-being of Onsite employees and their beneficiaries, providing routine check-ups, preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of illness or injury, management of chronic or complex health conditions, medication management, and referrals to specialists. The position utilizes the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) system and offers competitive compensation with no holidays required.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience as an advanced practice provider
• Family medicine certification
• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification with the State of Indiana
