About The Position

This is a per diem role where you will examine veterans and record your findings on standard disability evaluation forms. Each exam is a one-time evaluation, not ongoing care, and you will not treat, prescribe, or manage these patients afterward. Exams are booked during business hours, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This role requires you to have your own brick-and-mortar office within 50 miles of Murray, UT, as veterans will come to your office for their exams. No clinic space is provided.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
• Board certification
• NPI number
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Active DEA
• Your own office within 50 miles of Murray, UT
• CV in month and year format
• Live within daily commute range of Murray, UT
