About The Position

ADHDAdvisor.org is seeking Vermont-licensed Nurse Practitioners to join their provider network. The organization aims to eliminate barriers to ADHD diagnosis and treatment, making mental healthcare more accessible through their telehealth platform, Receptive. The platform integrates technology, clinical expertise, and progressive approaches to emotional wellness. Nurse Practitioners will focus on clinical expertise while the company handles client acquisition, billing, support, and operations.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted license in Vermont.
Active Vermont DEA license.
Currently carry (or be willing to obtain) independent malpractice liability insurance.
Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18+).
Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform.
A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
Excellent written communication.
Reliable Internet connection.
Currently residing in the US.
Nurse Practitioners must be able to diagnose and prescribe independently.

Nice To Haves

Experience prescribing stimulant and non-stimulant medication when necessary and following federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic mental healthcare to patients, including diagnosis and medication management.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs, following best practices and clinical guidelines.
Collaborate with the team of mental health professionals for comprehensive, coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records according to legal and ethical standards.
Help shape treatment philosophy and contribute to developing clinical policies and procedures.
