About The Position

ArchWell Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient primary care to senior members at community-based clinics. The care model emphasizes comprehensive, high-quality care rather than the volume of services, with providers spending more time with patients and addressing their medical and social needs. The role is part of a collaborative, supportive care team and may involve traveling among nearby centers within the market.

Requirements

• Active, non-probationary license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.
• Experience in primary care, such as internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Comfort managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate accessibly with patients, families, and center team members.
• Confidence delivering high-quality primary care and being available to address patients’ needs.
• Passion for the work and energy for contributing to a fast-growing organization.
• Comfort traveling to multiple nearby centers within the market.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients, primarily seniors and Medicare-aged adults.
• Manage patients with comorbid conditions, including those in medically underserved populations.
• Address patients’ medical and social needs and provide accessible, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and other center team members.
• Travel within the market to multiple nearby centers.
