About The Position

This is a per diem position for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct one-time disability evaluations for veterans on-site at an established clinic in Paducah, KY. The role involves examining veterans, recording findings on standard disability evaluation forms, and does not include treatment, prescription, or ongoing patient management. The clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
• Board certification
• NPI number
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Active DEA
• A home address within 10 miles of Paducah, KY
• CV in month and year format

Responsibilities

• Examine veterans and record findings on standard disability evaluation forms.
• Conduct one-time evaluations, not ongoing care.
• Work out of an established clinic in Paducah, KY and see veterans on site.
