About The Position

Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner at Pacific Medical Group – Canby, part of Praxis Health. This role offers the opportunity to join an established, collaborative team focused on meaningful patient relationships and high-quality primary care. As part of Oregon's largest independent, provider-led medical group, you will have clinical autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a respected regional organization. The position is 100% outpatient-only Family Medicine with no obstetrics, a four-day workweek, and an average of 18 patients per day, allowing for thoughtful, relationship-centered care. Requirements

Passion for Primary Care
1 year of Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
BE/BC
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality

Attend work regularly and on time

2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP

Responsibilities

Practicing medicine with a focus on meaningful connections between providers, patients, and one another.
