About The Position

Pacific Medical Group – Canby is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their established practice. This role offers the opportunity to practice medicine with clinical autonomy within a collaborative, team-based environment, supported by Praxis Health, Oregon's largest independent, physician-led medical group. The position focuses on relationship-centered care with an average of 18 patients per day, a four-day workweek, and no obstetrics or hospital call. The community of Canby offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere with convenient access to Portland and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements

• MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Passion for whole-person, community-based care.
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan.
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications.
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Respect for patient's confidentiality.
• Compassionate and approachable.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• Attend work regularly and on time.
• Ability to regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
