About The Position

Family Medicine Physician at Pacific Medical Group – Canby, part of Praxis Health. This is an established, independent practice focused on building long-term patient relationships within a collaborative, physician-led medical group. The role offers clinical autonomy, a supportive team environment, and the resources of a larger organization. The practice is 100% outpatient-only, with an average of 18 patients per day, and features a four-day workweek to promote work-life balance. Shared call responsibilities with no hospital call are included. Requirements

  • Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Respect for patient's confidentiality
  • Compassionate and approachable
  • Responsible and trustworthy
