Requirements

• Passion for Primary Care
• 1 year of Primary Care experience as a licensed NP
• BE/BC
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Respect for patient's confidentiality
• Compassionate and approachable
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Attend work regularly and on time

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP

• Join an established Family Medicine practice with a developed outpatient panel
• 100% outpatient-only Family Medicine with no obstetrics
• Four-day workweek designed to promote work-life balance
• Average of 18 patients per day, allowing time for thoughtful, relationship-centered care
• Shared call responsibilities with no hospital call requirements
