About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner to join the Cardiac Access Unit at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center. The Cardiac Access Unit is a specialized 28-bed unit located in the Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute, dedicated to the care of patients undergoing surgeries or cardiac procedures. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with a robust Heart Care team, managing, supervising, and supporting patients in the Cardiac Access, Cardiac Extended, and Cardiac Observation units. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, clinical expertise, and prior experience in a fast-paced practice, hospital service, or stress testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and support patients in the Cardiac Access, Cardiac Extended, and Cardiac Observation units.
