About The Position

This position involves conducting one-time disability evaluations for veterans on-site at an established clinic in Minot, ND. The Nurse Practitioner will examine veterans, record findings on standard disability evaluation forms, and will not be involved in ongoing treatment, prescribing, or patient management. The role is PRN (as needed) with no dedicated office space required. Clinic hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, four days a week.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
• Board certification
• NPI number
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Active DEA
• A home address within 25 miles of Minot, ND
• CV in month and year format

Responsibilities

• Examine veterans and record findings on standard disability evaluation forms.
• Conduct one-time evaluations, not ongoing care.
• Work out of an established clinic in Minot, ND and see veterans on site.
