About The Position
The University of Kansas St Francis is seeking an experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing urgent care team at Lake Shawnee Clinic in Topeka, Kansas. The role is full-time and outpatient, with no call. The schedule is flexible and shift-based, typically consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The clinic has an onsite lab and point-of-care testing, robust support staff, and serves a high-growth area. The recruitment package may include a base salary, CEU allowance, medical debt assistance and consultative services through Navigate Student Loans, paid malpractice coverage, health benefits, a retirement plan, and marketing and practice-growth assistance. The TUKHS St. Francis Campus serves an area of more than 420,000 people and is a joint venture between The University of Kansas Health System and Ardent Health.
