The Nurse Practitioner will assess and treat patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, document care, educate patients and families, and monitor progress.

Requirements

Active license in the state of employment; must have or be willing to obtain a New Hampshire license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Comfort with technology and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients.
