About The Position

This is a per diem role for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct disability evaluations for veterans. The exams are one-time evaluations, not ongoing care, and involve examining veterans and completing standard disability evaluation forms. Exams are booked during business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM). The role requires the Nurse Practitioner to have their own office space within a 50-mile radius of Aberdeen, WA, as no clinic space is provided.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work.
• Board certification.
• NPI number.
• Current ACLS and BLS.
• Active DEA.
• Own office within 50 miles of Aberdeen, WA.
• CV in month and year format.

Responsibilities

• Examine veterans and record findings on standard disability evaluation forms.
• Conduct one-time evaluations, not ongoing patient care.
