About The Position
This is a per diem role for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct disability evaluations for veterans. Veterans will come to your own office for their exams. You will examine veterans and record findings on standard disability evaluation forms. These are one-time evaluations, not ongoing care, and you will not treat, prescribe, or manage patients afterward. Exams are booked during business hours, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role requires candidates to live within a daily commute range of Hartsville, SC, and to have their own office space within 15 miles of Hartsville, SC. No clinic space is provided.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you will work
- Board certification
- NPI number
- Current ACLS and BLS
- Active DEA
- Own office within 15 miles of Hartsville, SC
- CV in month and year format
