About The Position
Novella Infusion is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for its Westford, Massachusetts infusion center. The position oversees daily clinic operations and provides coordinated, patient-focused infusion care in a modern clinical environment. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the listed pay range is $67.92–$75.11. The Nurse Practitioner works with local providers and internal teams, including procurement, intake, and medical assistants, to support patient treatment, clinic workflows, and accurate records. The role also involves quality assurance reviews, compliance audits, and staying current with infusion therapies and company policies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Certification from a recognized Nurse Practitioner certifying body.
- Excellent IV skills.
- Proven ability to manage clinical responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate patient infusion appointments.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage inventory and ensure necessary supplies are available.
- Partner with the intake team to ensure patient treatments are authorized and properly scheduled.
- Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews and audit medical records for compliance and accuracy.
- Support the Medical Assistant in maintaining up-to-date patient information in the EMR system.
- Stay informed about the latest infusion therapies and align with company policies.
- Build professional relationships with local providers to enhance referral networks.
