About The Position

LaserAway is hiring an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to provide non-surgical aesthetic dermatology treatments in a high-volume clinic environment. The clinician owns each patient’s care journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, and works with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care. Daily work includes performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, maintaining accurate documentation, and treating approximately 15–25 patients per day. The role uses LaserAway’s custom digital EMR and includes treatments using FDA-cleared technologies. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one. Full-time hours are available at 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, with no overnights. Scheduling flexibility is offered, and the clinician may work at up to three assigned locations. Compensation is a $72 per hour base rate plus a $5 per hour weekend differential. Advancement opportunities include Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active, unencumbered, state-issued Nurse Practitioner license.
• Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Be available to work weekends and evenings.
• Be comfortable working in a high-volume clinic environment and treating 15–25 patients per day.
• Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

• Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.
