Physician Assistant - Aesthetics Training Provided
About The Position
LaserAway is seeking an Aesthetic Physician Assistant to provide patient care in aesthetic dermatology clinics. The role involves performing non-surgical laser and injectable treatments and educating patients about customized treatment plans and long-term results. The position is full-time, pays $70 per hour plus a $5 per-hour weekend differential, and includes hands-on training across aesthetic modalities. The schedule requires full weekends and evening availability; there are no overnights. The employee may float to nearby clinics as needed. Career advancement opportunities include Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles.
Requirements
- Current state-issued Physician Assistant license.
- At least 1 year of hospital experience, with ER, ICU, or Med-Surg preferred, or at least 2 years of experience in aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and patient-centered.
- Weekend and evening availability required.

Responsibilities
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, tattoo removal, injectables, and skin rejuvenation.
- Conduct consultations and skin assessments to design individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on procedures, pre- and post-care, and available treatment options.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical protocols.
- Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Float to nearby clinics as needed to support clinic operations.
