The Remote Nurse Practitioner conducts Good Faith Exams through telehealth to evaluate patient eligibility for medical treatments or procedures. The role includes reviewing medical histories, assessing symptoms, documenting accurately, educating patients, and addressing their questions. The Nurse Practitioner collaborates with healthcare providers while following state and federal regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards. The position is remote and offers work-from-home convenience.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Texas.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in Aesthetics & Wellness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual patient interactions.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work independently with a patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Good Faith Exams via telehealth to evaluate patient eligibility for medical treatments or procedures.
- Review patient medical histories, assess symptoms, and ensure accurate documentation.
