About The Position

Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team in Temple City, California. The role is part of the Optum Care Delivery team and focuses on patient-centered medicine, with clinicians encouraged to take the time needed to address each patient’s needs. The position offers access to the clinical resources, data, and support of a global organization, while providing high-quality care locally.

The clinician provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment. The practice sees patients of all ages, from newborns through geriatric patients, with an average patient volume of 18–20 per day. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

• Unrestricted California license.
• California DEA certificate required before the start date.
