About The Position

KTE Services is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an established, physician-led private interventional pain management practice in Frederick, Maryland. This full-time outpatient role treats chronic and acute pain using personalized treatment plans, minimally invasive interventional procedures, and medication management. The advanced practice provider will work alongside board-certified interventional pain physicians with clinical and administrative support. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during daytime outpatient clinic hours, with no call, nights, or weekends. Compensation includes a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience, plus a production bonus. Malpractice insurance and a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, are provided.

Requirements

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current national certification.
Active Maryland NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain one.
DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one.
Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

Pain management, interventional pain, orthopedic, spine, or musculoskeletal experience is preferred.
New graduate NPs and PAs will be considered.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough physical exams and evaluations for new and established patients.
See patients for follow-up visits after interventional pain procedures.
Provide medication management for some patients as part of the overall treatment plan.
Document visits accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Coordinate safe, high-quality patient care with physicians and clinical staff.
