About The Position

Tia is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants to provide on-call/per diem coverage for their Eastside Los Angeles clinics (Pasadena, Silver Lake, Studio City). This role requires a high degree of autonomy, the ability to quickly integrate into clinic flow, and deliver high-quality, whole-person care from day one. The position supports continuity of care during urgent needs, high-volume periods, and planned coverage gaps, ensuring patients receive timely and excellent care. It is designed for confident and adaptable providers ready to operate across a broad scope of primary and women's health immediately. Beyond direct patient care, the role involves contributing to the evolution of Tia's care model through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, clinical feedback, and innovation in care delivery. A comprehensive 40-hour onboarding program is required, ideally completed within 1-2 weeks of the start date, including IT setup, core training modules, and mentor shadowing.
