About The Position

We are a physician-owned California telehealth practice focused on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing virtual care team. This is a fully remote opportunity starting at approximately 20–30 hours per week, with the potential to increase as patient volume grows. We are a physician-owned California professional corporation led by a Medical Director and focused on convenient, personalized, telehealth care. Our clinical services center around hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, and longevity-focused medicine.

Requirements

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Active California license required
Active NPI and DEA registration
Previous telehealth experience required
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Nice To Haves

Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications, hormone therapy, and peptide therapies within applicable scope and protocols- previous experience preferred
Cerbo EHR experience is a major plus
Additional State Licenses are a Plus

Responsibilities

Conduct initial telehealth consultations
Complete 30-day patient follow-ups and quarterly lab reviews
Prescribe and manage treatments including TRT/HRT, GLP-1 weight management, and peptide therapies
Review labs and adjust treatment plans according to established clinical protocols
Provide ongoing patient education and virtual follow-up care
Document and manage patient care through EHR
Prescribe through contracted 503A pharmacies
Practice under our supervising physician and established standardized procedures
