About The Position

At Presbyterian Medical Group, we believe where you work should work for you. Build an Endocrinology career with the balance, resources, and professional support you need to thrive. You’ll join a mature, collaborative practice where your well-being and growth are priorities, and where you can make a meaningful difference for patients across New Mexico. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with 36 hours of direct patient care and four hours of protected administrative time, along with flexible scheduling options that support work-life balance. You can expect to see approximately 18 patients per day, with onboarding and training that includes graduated patient volumes and conditions. The position provides the opportunity to develop and manage your own patient panel, utilizes a systemwide electronic medical record, and includes an embedded prior authorization team to reduce administrative burden.
