About The Position

Full-time Emergency Medicine opportunity for an independent contractor (1099) at a facility with 35,000 annual ED visits. The emergency department has 30 beds and a Level IV trauma designation, serving a higher-acuity patient population. The role includes 24 hours/day physician coverage, supplemented by 20 hours/day APP coverage. There is a fast-track area with 12-16 vertical treatment chairs. Physicians are expected to respond to floor codes and provide APP support as needed, with robust specialty backup available. CLEO AI-supported clinical documentation is utilized, and flexible scheduling is offered.
